Scope and decide
Choose the first user journey and defer the rest. Define the fixed price, timeline, acceptance checks, and buyer responsibilities before development starts.
Senior engineering for nontechnical founders: turn one valuable user journey into a usable production release, with a defined project price and custom-code handoff. Extend an existing product or automate operations when that is the next constraint.
Direct answer
Start with general MVP development for a first product. We define scope, build, test against agreed requirements, deploy, and hand off source code and documentation. General price and timeline are scoped individually.
Your engineering multiplier combines senior technical decisions with delivery capacity—not a guaranteed output multiple. AI-assisted engineering supports delivery without requiring AI product features. AI MVPs remain a specialization; Laravel development, team extension, architecture consulting, PWAs, and workflow automation support existing products and operations.
| Service path | Operational bottleneck | Proof point | Next step |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI consulting and automation | Manual data entry, intake routing, recurring reports, and disconnected handoffs. | CRM estimates 960–1,920 annual hours saved (rounded extrapolation); CateredFit documents an 88% routing-cost reduction. | View packages |
| Laravel development | Portals, dashboards, APIs, business logic, ecommerce workflows, and maintainable backends. | POS transactions ran 60% faster after queue and database architecture work. | Plan Laravel work |
| PWA/mobile workflows | Offline-ready mobile access for field, production, and internal operations. | Replacing two native apps with one PWA cut maintenance costs by 95%. | Read PWA proof |
| General MVP development | A founder needs a usable first release, clear price, senior decisions, and handoff. | Offer: scoped launch and custom-code ownership subject to payment and licenses; not a historical founder-MVP result. | See MVP offer |
| CTO and architecture | Reliability, deployment risk, vendor selection, performance bottlenecks, and technical decisions. | High-availability changes produced 100% measured uptime for 12 months. | Review reliability |

Use weekly demos to see progress. Test agreed requirements and deploy the production release. Architecture supports scoped workloads and future iterations, not unlimited scale.
Receive custom source code, documentation, and deployment notes. Continue with Somnio, your team, or another developer. An optional retainer is not required.
Upon full payment, you own custom code developed specifically for the project. Open-source and third-party components retain their licenses; pre-existing tools are subject to the agreement. Hosting, APIs, and third-party costs are separate unless included explicitly. The signed agreement controls final ownership and warranty terms.
For 30 days after delivery, Somnio will correct verified defects at no charge when custom code does not function as specified in the agreed requirements. New features, changed requirements, and third-party service changes are excluded. Maintenance and further development are separately scoped.
We automate manual data entry, customer intake, routing, reporting, and API handoffs with practical systems your team can run.
The HOA Problem We Solved:
2 days of work → 10 minutes.
That is what practical AI workflow automation looks like in daily operations.
Audit manual data entry, intake, routing, reporting, and API handoffs, then prioritize the best automation opportunities.
Assess up to three candidate workflows, select the strongest qualifying opportunity, and implement one approved workflow.
Multiple workflows, deeper software integration, internal tooling, and team-wide adoption.
